年俸15,000,000円～20,000,000円
※年齢、経験、能力を考慮の上、優遇いたします。

支払方法：年俸の1/12を毎月支給

仕事内容

Responsibilities

（Immediately after hiring)

The candidate will be placed under the CFO and lead the finance department with responsibilities including:

・Directing and monitoring all financial activity within the organization.
・Managing liquidity of the company, ensuring access to cash and sources of credit.
・Deepening investor, government, and bank client relationships.
・Capturing foreign currency exposures and evaluate appropriate hedging treatment.
・Overseeing insurance and risk management.
・Partnering with key stakeholders across finance, corporate accounting, tax, and legal.
・Leading a growing finance department, including hiring, training, and retaining staff.

(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

応募資格・条件

・Bachelor’s in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related major is required.
・MBA or a Master’s in finance is a plus.
・15+ years of working experience in finance and 3 years with a multinational company (B to B company) preferred: successful record of managing financial groups.
・Self-motivated with an innately curious personality and a desire to learn.
